On the east side of downtown Dallas, there is a burgeoning neighborhood that is transitioning from an industrial/ artist enclave to a full-service neighborhood complete with restaurants, bars, shops and new loft style living. Baker A+D was commissioned to design a multi-family structure which would appeal to the local demographic of young, active professionals.

The Eastside Lofts include four three-story townhomes. They have been designed with flexibility in mind, and can function as a live/ work facility or a more traditional three bedroom home.

Each townhome is 2,675 sf and includes two bedrooms, and office (3rd bedroom), open great room, two car garage, and roof deck with a view of the downtown skyline.

Variation in color is utilized to give a sense of individuality to each unit.
