EARLY COLLEGE OPPORTUNITIES HS (ECO)

ECO High School consisted of renovating an existing metal building structure into the main classroom and student commons and the addition of an administration suite and gymnasium. Part of the scope of work was demolition of a small mechanical building located between the soon to be classroom building and an existing shops building that is to remain. The mechanical building posed many issues as the electrical service and much of the plumbing service for both buildings extended from there. However, the mechanical building no longer et building code, and with outdated equipment, it was time for it to be removed. Our team coordinated with multiple site visits to make sure that the demolition of this building was complete, and services to the site would go on with the least amount of interruption.
