SININGER HALL

Originally constructed in 1961 as a dormitory, Sininger Hall is being renovated into a modern classroom and office facility. Of the building’s 26,373 square feet, approximately 20,000 square feet will be renovated, with an emphasis on reusing existing walls and features to manage costs efficiently.

Baker provided comprehensive services for this two-story structure, including programming, planning, design, parking certification, project manual development, bidding assistance, Board of Regents presentations, and construction administration. The building is located at 904 National Avenue on the NMHU main campus in Las Vegas, New Mexico.
