This master plan and feasibility study was conducted to better understand funding requirements and the scope of work that would be needed. At the time of this study, there was not an initial budget presented by the owner, and because the project was in its infancy, an exact location for the project had not yet been selected. However, Mora was mentioned as one of the potential locations. The goal of this study was to create a baseline for construction costs while at the same time generating graphic material thatcould be used for marketing and fundraising.
